Savannah Wedding Photographer

Where do I start with Lisa Robinson? I met Lisa back in 1994 or so at SCAD in the darkroom.  I loved her work, still do, I used one of her photos on my wedding invitation.  I always looked up to her along with some others and was so honored when she asked me to photograph her wedding. Her husband to be Ken Rosenthal is also a photographer and half the people there were photographers and my photography professors. No pressure right? Well once I started I was so relaxed and it was so nice to be around artists that I have known and loved so many years. It is so easy to get caught up in the ego part of photography, the internet has made it rampant. You start to think, am I missing something not being all wrapped up in what they refer to as “rockstar” photographers? Lisa Robinson, Tobia Makover, Lyn Bonham,Jacklyn Cori, Susan Laney, the list goes on and on at this wedding, brought me back to why I love photography.Thank you Lisa and Ken for letting me document your wedding, and thank you for the inspiration to be me..

September 12, 2009 - 5:01 pm Michelle Solomon - Not gratuitously posting - these really are beautiful - thank you so much for sharing them. It was so nice to get a chance to talk to you for real after hearing about you for so long and only meeting in passing. I hope you had as good a time at the wedding as we did. -M
