Savannah Photographer and all that jazz

This year has just flown by, alot of my goals I wrote down became a reality such as owning my own building, having a successful  girls night out, etc. But I find myself sometimes getting so consumed with all the useless distractions in life.. facebook, looking at blogs, I could go on and on at how I waste time and after the fact think why did I do that so long? Scotts grandpa passed away this week and it is always a reminder at how quick life goes. Scott went to see his family and I have spent alot of time with my sweet Alexa and am having so much fun. We went to the park today, she came on my shoot with me and played in the sand with Sarah while I photographed, we went shopping downtown, it was so much fun. I tend to get myself all wrapped up in work, and I love it, but I have to tell you there is nothing like spending time with Alexa. Her smile her excitement over these ugly shoes I bought her, her crown that Sarah made for her out of  sticks. It is sometimes hard for me to wind myself down, but today I stopped and try to take in the fresh air, my childs smile and this moment in my life.
