How long I wonder does it take to say your a “Savannahian”? I came here in 93 and it feels like home to me, and places like I photographed today is why I love it here and feel so connected to this area. I believe they would say you have to be born here and probably would have to be back to Oglethorpe, but I love this area. The marsh, the shrimp boats on a overcast morning, today was just perfect. I have been photographing this family for ten years straight, they wanted something different and I was up for the challenge and a little nervous at the same time. We had done well the last ten years what if this is the year I do not nail it? Well, I am so excited about these images I could just scream. Thank you Peter and Jane trusting my vision.
