The client/friend title gets mixed a little in this business, I am so excited about this time of year because I get to catch up with people I see every year for Christmas cards and see how their kids have grown. This family is so special to me, I think I have been photographing them for about seven or eight years, the youngest girl was about two or three and all she would tell me was no on any of my ideas, now she is all about it! But the nice thing about my job is you establish relationships that go beyond just trying to make a living, they go deeper then that. I really feel like part of their families and this one is no exception. Their oldest has the sweetest kindest soul and her smile always makes me smile from the inside out and her laughter is contagious. She communicates so much with her beautiful eyes and the grip of her hand, I can not believe she is 18 now! I just love to photograph her. Also a special thank you to one of my clients for lending me her awesome chair for this shoot!
